  • Environmental: Spend time in pleasant natural settings, breathe fresh air, enjoy sunlight (while being sun-safe), appreciate the night sky, practice environmental responsibility by avoiding littering and picking up litter when you see it, reduce waste by using reusable products, recycle, declutter and clean your living space, or redesign a room to create a more positive atmosphere.
  • Financial: Develop a realistic financial plan, open a savings account and start saving (even small amounts like $1 per day), increase your savings if you already have a savings plan, explore investment options, reduce unnecessary expenses, identify areas where you can cut back spending, avoid accumulating credit card debt, and consider asking for a raise if appropriate in your professional context.
  • Intellectual: Read books, listen to audiobooks or podcasts, watch documentaries, engage in puzzles or brain games, cultivate mindfulness and awareness of the world around you, nurture your curiosity, try new activities or hobbies, tap into your creative side through artistic pursuits, take a class or workshop, enroll in a degree program, or pursue further education to expand your knowledge.
