5. Delivery
For ace car parts ordered from our stock, delivery to a CAAR store within the UK mainland typically occurs within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
6. Price and Payment
All prices displayed on our website include VAT, as applicable to all consumer sales within the European Union. Ace Auto Car Parts reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to reflect supplier price changes. The contract price will be the price stated in the contract confirmation. Payment must be made in full before dispatch of ace car parts or service fulfillment, unless agreed otherwise. Timely payment is crucial, and The Company is relieved of its contract obligations if payment is not made as agreed.

10. Returns
In the rare event of receiving faulty or substandard ace car parts, please inform The Company immediately using the enquiry form or contact details on our website. We will arrange for the return of the product, and The Company will bear the costs of return and replacement. Returned goods should be in their original packaging where possible. If a contract is cancelled under permissible conditions, the Customer is responsible for the safe return and all return costs of the products in undamaged and unused condition, including all original packaging.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Company excludes all liability for any loss or consequential loss incurred by the Customer resulting from any action, omission, or failure by The Company related to the contract. In any event, The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the ace car parts or services under the contract, should the contract be cancelled for any reason.
12. Title and Risk
Ownership of the ace car parts passes to the Customer upon full payment of the purchase price. However, the risk of damage or loss remains with The Company until the products are delivered to the Customer.
13. Force Majeure
If circumstances beyond The Company’s control affect contract performance, The Company reserves the right to notify the Customer and revise or cancel the contract to reflect these changed circumstances. The Customer agrees to accept such changes.
14. Notices
All communications related to the contract are considered served if sent by regular mail to the Customer’s postal address or by email to the Customer’s email address as provided.
