This is Ross Young from GT Car Parts, son of Bill Young, and I’ve been fully involved with our family business alongside my dad and Mostafa for about six years. While I might not always be on the front lines answering calls, I’m deeply involved in our manufacturing processes, oversee our fuse board rebuild department, and work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly at GT Car Parts.

There have been some inquiries regarding the management and ownership of GT Car Parts. I want to assure everyone that Bill Young, my father, has not sold the business, nor has he stepped away from his leadership role. He remains the heart and soul of GT Car Parts, working diligently six days a week, managing sales and daily operations – a commitment he has upheld for over 45 years. Retirement isn’t on his horizon anytime soon; his passion remains firmly rooted in running this business. To allow him to focus on his expertise and strategic direction, and to provide more flexible workflow in his day-to-day routine, he has recently delegated some customer service responsibilities, such as handling initial phone calls and emails, to Mostafa.
For those of you who have experience with businesses heavily reliant on phone sales and customer service, you understand the constant demands and interruptions that phone calls can bring. My father’s extensive knowledge and experience, accumulated over decades of single-handedly managing GT Car Parts’ sales and operations, are invaluable. His time is crucial for daily operations, ongoing improvements, and future planning. While he may not always be the first point of contact for every call, please know that for customers who specifically wish to speak with Bill directly, he will always make time to connect with you.
Mostafa is an incredibly knowledgeable and capable member of our team. He has been working closely with us for over six years under Bill’s direct guidance and mentorship. We have complete confidence in his ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
