To maximize cargo utility, especially for recreational pursuits like fishing and surfing, an aluminum roof rack is planned for carrying items such as ladder stands, fishing poles, and surfboards.
Finally, the wheels and tires are due for replacement. The currently fitted 489 tires, while offering aggressive traction, exhibit premature wear on asphalt surfaces, which is a significant portion of my usage. Finding the right balance between off-road capability and on-road durability is key.
