- Damage Due to Misuse or Improper Installation: We are not liable for items damaged due to incorrect usage or improper installation. Please ensure professional installation where necessary and use products as intended.
- RMA Timeframe: All products must be received at our Returns Processing Center within 10 business days from the date you are issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns outside this timeframe may be refused.
- RMA Number Placement: RMA numbers must be clearly visible on the shipping labels we provide. Do not write the RMA number directly on the outside of the product box.
- Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all original materials, and must be in perfect, brand-new condition to be eligible for return.
- Shipping and Handling Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Furthermore, you are responsible for adequately insuring your return shipment.
- Free Shipping Promotions: For products purchased during a Free Shipping promotion that are returned, the original regular shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
