Finding the Drop Spot Location in Factory
The designated drop location and stash point are conveniently the same, simplifying the quest by eliminating the need to travel across the map after identifying the spot. Upon entering Factory during a nighttime raid, navigate towards the office area. Ascend to the third floor. If you utilize the skybridge to access the office zone, you’ll already be on the third floor upon entry.
Once inside the office area, locate the second door on the skybridge side. Approaching this door will trigger a “Breach” prompt. Interact with the door to kick it open. This action automatically fulfills the first objective of the Health Care Privacy Part 5 quest.

Planting Gunpowder “Kite” Packs
After breaching the door, proceed inside towards the pile of chairs and boxes. Here, a “Plant” prompt will appear. Interact and hold the designated button to initiate the planting process. Repeat this action two more times to plant a total of three Gunpowder “Kite” packs. Crucially, remember to open your inventory after each successful plant as the prompt may not reappear immediately otherwise.
Once all three Gunpowder packs are planted, successfully extract from the Factory raid to complete Health Care Privacy Part 5 and claim your rewards.
