Similarly, stack orders typically need 5-7 business days before they are shipped. If you are ordering custom parts and require express shipping, please factor in these potential processing delays.

Our standard shipping aims to deliver most items within 5-6 business days, and often, deliveries arrive much sooner. Keep in mind that not all items are shipped directly from our main Texas location, which can affect transit times.

Free Shipping & Applicable Zones

We proudly offer free shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Unfortunately, free shipping does not extend to large items shipped via freight truck, or to locations in Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and international destinations. Shipments to these areas will incur extra charges.

Signature Requirements and Delivery Responsibility

For security and peace of mind, almost all our packages are shipped with a signature required for delivery. However, please be aware that if you opt out of the signature requirement, Carparteu.com cannot be held responsible for any insurance claims for damaged or stolen items left at your doorstep that are not honored by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping and Fees

For our international customers, please note that you are responsible for 100% of any duties, taxes, and import/brokerage fees that may be incurred when your order is shipped outside of the U.S.A. Q: Ground Shipping estimates 3 days transit time, but my order took longer. Why?

A: Ground shipping transit times are estimates, not guarantees. These estimations are based on shipments originating from our primary location and represent the best-case scenario forecasted by the shipping company. To optimize delivery times, we utilize multiple warehouses across the US. Depending on the item and your location, your order might ship from a different warehouse, which can extend the transit time. If you need guaranteed delivery within a specific timeframe, we recommend selecting a faster shipping method.

Q: My shipping method is UPS, but I received a FedEx tracking number. Is there an issue?

A: To ensure the quickest possible delivery, Carparteu.com reserves the right to use UPS Ground or an equivalent service. In some instances, we may find that Priority Mail or another carrier will deliver your package to you faster. If you choose expedited shipping (1st, 2nd, or 3rd day), we similarly reserve the right to select the carrier that will deliver your package within the promised timeframe.

Q: Why was I charged for 20lbs of shipping when the tracking shows a 9lb package?

A: Shipping costs are not solely based on the actual weight of the package. For larger items, especially those requiring express shipping, carriers like UPS and FedEx use dimensional weight. This considers the package’s volume in addition to its weight to calculate shipping charges more accurately.

Q: My item arrived damaged! What should I do?

A: If your item arrives damaged, please DO NOT attempt to install it. Immediately retain all original packaging materials, the damaged item, and any accompanying contents. Contact us right away so we can initiate a damaged shipment claim with the carrier.

Return Policy Guidelines

Please review our return policy carefully:

  • Authorization Required: All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Carparteu.com sales representative within 7 days of delivery. Returns without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted and will be refused upon delivery.
  • Condition of Returned Items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened from their original packaging or have been used. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special order and custom items may be subject to a 35% restocking fee at our discretion and may not be returnable. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • American Express Fee: Orders paid with American Express and returned for a refund or canceled after payment are subject to an additional 5% fee.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Special orders and non-stock items are not refundable.
  • Return Identification: All returns must include the original order ID number or the RMA number.
  • Resalable Condition: Returned parts must be in new, resalable condition and in their original packaging. Painted or altered parts will not be accepted or credited.
  • Refused Shipments: Customers who refuse delivery of an order will be responsible for the original shipping charges, return freight charges, and a restocking fee (25% standard items, 35% special order items). These charges must be paid in full before any future orders can be shipped.

  • Exceptions – Special Delivery/Truck Freight: Items shipped via special delivery or truck freight are not eligible for returns under any circumstances, unless they are signed for as damaged upon delivery.
  • Damaged in Transit Inspection: Inspect all packages thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected all packages. If damage is present, clearly write “damaged” on the delivery bill, and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all packaging for carrier inspection. Contact us within 24 hours to file a damage claim. Failure to follow this procedure may result in claim denial.
  • Performance Chips: Performance chips are non-returnable if used or removed from their packaging.
  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks will be pursued by a collections agency and may negatively impact your credit rating.

Warranty Information

Warranties on products not manufactured by Dfuser are provided at the discretion of the original manufacturer. For warranty assistance on these products, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Dfuser branded products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of sale against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is limited to the parts within the product kit and to the original purchaser. All warranty claims require the product to be returned prepaid to Dfuser with a dated proof of purchase.

Carparteu.com, LLC shall not be liable for any labor charges, travel time, or other expenses related to the diagnosis, removal, or reinstallation of products, or any other consequential costs.
