30-Day Warranty and Return Policy on Most Parts
We stand behind the quality of our used auto parts. Most parts purchased at Pick-N-Pull come with a 30-day warranty, giving you ample time to inspect and test your purchase. This warranty applies to parts bought at any of our Carolina Pick-N-Pull locations and can be returned to any of our stores, including Cape Fear Pick-N-Pull, Grand Strand Pick-N-Pull, and Sandhills Pick-N-Pull. Please note that some restrictions may apply, so it’s always best to clarify at the time of purchase.
To process a return, you will need the original receipt dated within 30 days of the return. It’s crucial that the part is marked with our distinctive Pick-N-Pull paint mark, which is applied by our employees at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot accept photocopies, text messages, or pictures of receipts. The part must also be returned in the same condition it was sold. Pick-N-Pull reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned part and refuse returns if the condition has changed since the purchase date.
Core Charge Refunds
If your purchase included a core charge, you can receive a refund by returning the core part to the original store within 30 days. Remember to bring your original dated receipt for the refund to be processed. As with returns, we cannot accept photocopies, text messages, or pictures of receipts for core charge refunds.
Please be aware that the 30-day warranty is void without the original dated receipt and the proper paint markings on the part. Additionally, the Environmental Fee is non-refundable.
Used Tire Policy
We visually inspect our used tires for obvious damage, but it’s important to understand that used tires may have defects that are not immediately apparent. When you purchase used tires “as is” from Pick-N-Pull, you acknowledge this and agree to have the tires professionally inspected and installed by a qualified tire installer or shop.
If the tires have not been driven on after purchase, we offer an exchange for replacement tires only (monetary refunds are not given) within three (3) days of the purchase date. You must present the original dated receipt for any exchange. This 3-day exchange policy is also void without the original dated receipt and the proper paint markings on the tires. The Environmental Fee for tires is also non-refundable.
Airbag Policy
Please note that all airbags are sold “as is.” There is no warranty or exchange available for airbags. As the buyer, you assume full responsibility for having airbags repaired, replaced, or installed by a qualified auto technician. All airbag sales are final.
